Call Recorder Privacy Policy

Effective August 10, 2026.

Call Recorder processes microphone audio, recordings, transcripts, phone numbers you enter, and your Sign in with Apple identifier only to provide recording, transcription, translation, and assisted-call features.

Local recordings and transcripts remain on your device unless you deliberately use the assisted-call service. Assisted-call audio is copied from Plivo into private Cloudflare R2 storage, is never public, and is automatically deleted within 30 days. You can delete an individual cloud recording immediately, delete local data in Settings, or delete your account and associated cloud data.

We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or use recordings to train advertising profiles. Service providers process data only to operate the app. Contact support@oneiro-app.com for privacy requests.
